The Feast of Unleavened Bread, also known as the Passover, is approaching.

The chief priests and scribes were trying to figure out how to kill Jesus because they were afraid of the people.

At this moment, Satan entered the heart of Judas Iscariot, who was one of the twelve disciples,

He went to consult with the chief priests and temple guards on how to deliver Jesus to them.

They were delighted and agreed to give him silver.

He agreed and found an opportunity to deliver Jesus to the crowd when they were not present.

The day of the Feast of Unleavened Bread, when the Passover lambs must be slaughtered, has arrived.

Jesus sent Peter and John, saying, Go and prepare for us the Passover feast, that we may eat.

They asked him, where should we prepare?

Jesus said, When you enter the city, someone will come with a bottle of water. Follow him to the house where he entered.

Tell the owner of that house, Master, where is the guest room? I and my disciples enjoyed the Passover feast there.

He will show you a neatly decorated building, and you will prepare there.

They went and found what Jesus had said. They prepared the Passover feast.

When the time came, Jesus sat at the table, and the apostles also sat with him.

Jesus said to them, “I am very willing to eat this Passover with you before I suffer.”.

I tell you, I will no longer eat this feast until it is fulfilled in the kingdom of God.

Jesus took the cup and gave thanks, saying, “Take this and share it among yourselves.”.

I tell you, from now on, I will no longer drink this grape juice until the kingdom of God comes.

He picked up the cake again and thanked them, then broke it open and handed it to them, saying, This is my body that I have given up for you. You should also do this to remember me.

After dinner, he also picked up his cup and said, “This cup is a new covenant made in my blood, and it is poured out for you.”.

Look, the hand of the one who sells me is with me on the table.

Of course, the Son of Man must pass away as scheduled. But the person who sells sons of man is in trouble.

They asked each other which one was going to do this.

The disciples had a debate about which one among them could be considered the greatest.

Jesus said, There is a king over the Gentiles who governs them. The one in charge of them is called the benefactor.

But you cannot do this. The larger among you should be like the younger. Those who are leaders should act like servants.

Who is the big one? Are they seated? Are they serving people? Isn’t the seat too big? However, I am among you like a servant.

You are always with me during my trials.

I will give you the kingdom, just as my father gave it to me.

Tell you to sit at my table and eat and drink in my country. And he sat on his throne, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.

And the Lord said, Simon, Simon, and Satan desire to have you, that they may sift you as wheat.

But I have prayed for you, so that you will not lose faith. After you turn back, strengthen your brothers.

Peter said, Lord, I am willing to go to prison with you and die with you.

Jesus said, Peter, I tell you that today the rooster has not crowed yet, and you will say three times that you do not recognize me.

Jesus said to them again, “When I sent you out, you had no purse, no pocket, no shoes. Did you lack anything?”. They said, no.

Jesus said, “But now those who have money can carry it, and those who have pockets can also carry it.”. If you don’t have a knife, you need to sell clothes and buy a knife.

I tell you, it is written in the scripture that he is listed as a criminal. These words will come to pass on me, for what concerns me will surely be accomplished.

They said, Lord, please see, there are two knives here. Jesus said, That’s enough.

Jesus came out and went to the Mount of Olives as usual. His disciples also followed him.

When they arrived at that place, they said to them, Pray that you may not enter into temptation.

So he left them, about as far as throwing a stone, and knelt down to pray,

Father, if you wish, take away this cup. However, don’t achieve what I mean, just achieve what you mean.

There is an angel appearing from heaven, adding to his power.

Jesus was deeply hurt and prayed even more earnestly. Sweat droplets, like large blood droplets, drip onto the ground.

After praying, he got up and went to his disciples. He saw that they were all asleep because of sorrow.

Just tell them, why are you sleeping? Get up and pray, so as not to fall into temptation.

While speaking, many people came, and one of the twelve disciples named Judas walked ahead and approached Jesus to kiss him.

Jesus said to him, Judas, did you betray the Son of Man with a secret kiss?

The people on both sides saw that the situation was not good and said, Lord, can we use knives to cut it?

There was a man inside who struck the servant of the high priest and cut off his right ear.

Jesus said, At this point, let them alone. Just touch the person’s ear and cure him.

Jesus said to the chief priests, temple guards, and elders who came to take him, “Are you coming out with swords and sticks to take me like taking a thief?”?

I am with you in the temple every day, and you will not lay hands on me. Now is your time, darkness is in power.

They took Jesus and brought him to the house of the high priest. Peter followed from a distance.

They lit a fire in the yard and sat together. Peter also sat among them.

A servant girl saw Peter sitting in the firelight and fixed her eyes on him, saying, This person has always been with that person.

But Peter denied it, saying, Woman, I do not recognize him.

Not long after, another person saw him and said, “You are also a member of their party.”. Peter said, you’re not me.

About an hour later, another person insisted that he was really with that person. Because he is also a Galilean.

Peter said, “You’re a person, I don’t know what you’re talking about.”. Just as he was speaking, the chicken crowed.

The Lord turned around and looked at Peter. Peter remembered what the Lord had said to him: Before the rooster crows today, you will deny me three times.

He went out to cry bitterly.

The guards of Jesus mocked and beat him,

Blinding his eyes, he asked him, “You are a prophet, tell us who struck you.”.

They also insulted him with many other words.

At dawn, the elders of the people gathered together, including the chief priests and scribes. Bring Jesus into their guild,

If you are the Christ, tell us. Jesus said, If I tell you, you will not believe.

If I ask you, you won’t answer either.

From now on, the Son of Man will sit on the right side of divine power.

They all say, are you the son of God? Jesus said, What you are saying is.

They said, Why need there be any more witnesses? We have all personally heard what he said.
