Jesus answered and said, In the evening, when the sky turns red, you say, The sky will surely be clear.
In the morning, when the sky turns red and black, say, there will be wind and rain today. You know how to distinguish the colors in the sky, but you cannot distinguish the miracles at this time.
A wicked and promiscuous generation seeks a miracle, and apart from the miracle of Jonah, there is no miracle to show him. And Jesus departed from them.
The disciples crossed over and forgot to bring bread.
Jesus said to them, Be careful and beware of the yeast of the Pharisees and Sadducees.
And the disciples discussed among themselves, saying, Is this because we did not bring bread.
Jesus saw it and said, “You little believers, why are you discussing with each other because there is no bread?”?
Do you still not understand? Don’t you remember those five pancakes, distributed to five thousand people, and how many baskets of scraps were packed?
Do you not remember how many baskets of broken pieces were picked up after distributing the seven cakes to four thousand people?
I said to you, ‘Beware of the yeast of the Pharisees and Sadducees.’ This is not about bread. Why don’t you understand?
The disciples then realized that what he was saying was not to beware of the yeast in the bread, but to beware of the teachings of the Pharisees and Sadducees.
When Jesus arrived in the territory of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, “Who do people say that I am the Son of Man?”. (There are ancient scrolls without my character)
They said, some say it’s John the Baptist. Someone said it was Elijah. Some say it was Jeremiah, or one of the prophets.
Jesus said, Who do you say I am.
Simon Peter answered, “You are Christ, the son of the living God.”.
Jesus said to him, “Blessed are you, Simon BaJonah.”. For this is not what flesh and blood have instructed you, but my Father in heaven has instructed you.

I will give you the key to heaven. Whatever you bind on earth, you must also bind it in heaven. Whatever you release on earth will also be released in heaven.
At that moment, Jesus instructed his disciples not to say to anyone that he was the Christ.
From then on, Jesus instructed his disciples that he must go up to Jerusalem, suffer a lot from the elders, priests, and scribes, and be killed, and be resurrected on the third day.
Peter took him and advised him, saying, Lord, do not do this; this will not happen to you.
Jesus turned around and said to Peter, “Satan, leave me behind.”. You tripped my feet. Because you don’t care about the meaning of God, only care about the meaning of people.
So Jesus said to his disciples, “If anyone wants to follow me, let them give up themselves, take up their cross, and come after me.”.
For anyone who wants to save their own life will lose their life. Whoever loses their life for me will receive it.
What benefits does it bring if a person gains the whole world and loses their own life? What else can a person exchange for life?
The Son of Man will come with all the messengers in the glory of his father. At that time, he would repay everyone according to their actions.
I tell you the truth, some who stand here will see the Son of Man coming into his kingdom before they taste death.
