The Lord spoke to Moses, saying,

Command the Israelites to bring you the pure olive oil that has been pounded for lighting the lamp, so that the lamp can be lit continuously.

Aaron will be the manager of this lamp before the Lord from evening until morning, outside the curtain of the ark of the testimony in the tabernacle of the meeting. This will be an eternal ordinance for your generations to come.

He will always tidy up the lamps on the pure gold lampstand before the Lord.

You need to take fine flour and bake it into twelve cakes, using two tenths of an ephah of flour for each cake.

Arrange the cakes in two rows, six in each row, on the pure gold table before the Lord.

And he shall put pure frankincense on each row of bread as a memorial, even as an offering made by fire to the Lord.

On every Sabbath day, it shall be set before the Lord, and this shall be an eternal covenant for the children of Israel.

This cake is to be given to Aaron and his descendants, and they shall eat it in a holy place as an eternal ordinance, because it is most holy in the offering made by fire to the Lord.

There was a son of an Israeli woman whose father was an Egyptian who wandered among the Israelites for a day. The son of this Israeli woman was fighting with an Israelite in the camp.

The son of this Israeli woman blasphemed the holy name and cursed, and someone brought him to Moses. His mother’s name was Shelomith, the daughter of the tribe of Dan, known as Deberi.

They put the man in prison to receive the word of the Lord.

The Lord spoke to Moses, saying,

Take the person who curses the holy name outside the camp. Tell everyone who hears to let go on his head, and the whole assembly will stone him to death.

Speak to the Israelites, saying, Whoever curses God will bear his sins.

Whoever blasphemes the name of the Lord shall be put to death, and all the assembly shall stone him to death. Whether it is a resident or a native, when he blasphemes the name of the Lord, he shall be put to death.

Whoever kills a person shall be put to death.

Whoever kills livestock will compensate them with their lives.

If a person causes a disability in the body of their neighbor, just as they do, they must also do the same to them,

Hurt for injury, eye for eye, tooth for tooth. Do the same to him as he does to make a person physically disabled.

Those who kill livestock will be compensated, while those who kill humans will be put to death.

Regardless of whether they are residents or locals, they belong to the same category. I am the Lord your God.

So Moses spoke to the Israelites, and they brought the person who cursed the holy name outside the camp and stoned him to death. The Israelites did as the Lord commanded Moses.
