Isaiah_Chapter 34

O nations, come near and listen. Listen attentively, O people. Listen to the earth and all…

O nations, come near and listen. Listen attentively, O people. Listen to the earth and all that is filled on it, the world and all that comes out of it.

Because the Lord is angry with all nations and with all their armies, he has destroyed them and delivered them up for slaughter.

Those who are killed will inevitably be abandoned, and the stench of the corpse will rise. The mountains were melted by their blood.

All the phenomena in the sky will disappear, and the sky will be rolled up like a scroll. All things on it will wither, like the leaves of a grape tree withered, and like the leaves of a fig tree withered

Because my knife is already drunk in the sky. This sword will come upon Edom and upon the people whom I have cursed, to execute judgment.

The sword of the Lord is filled with blood, moistened with fat, the blood of lambs and goats, and the fat of the kidneys of rams. Because the Lord made offerings in Bozrah and carried out great slaughter in the land of Edom.

Buffalo, calf, and bull, come down together. Their land is drunk with blood, and their dust is rich with fat.

For the Lord has a day of revenge, a year of retribution for Zion’s disputes.

The river water in the east will turn into oil, the dust will turn into sulfur, and the land will become burning oil.

Day and night will never go out, smoke will always rise up, and it will become desolate for generations, with no one passing through forever and ever.

Pelicans and porcupines, but they will take possession of it. Owls and crows need to live among them. The Lord will draw upon it the line of emptiness and the plummet of chaos.

The Edomites wanted to summon nobles to govern the country, but there was not a single one there. The leaders have all returned to nothingness.

The palace to the east will grow thorns, and the fortress will grow thorns and thorny grass. To be a dwelling place for wild dogs and ostriches.

Wild beasts must meet jackals and wolves. Wild goats should mate with their companions. Monsters at night must dwell there and find a place to rest.

The arrow snake needs to make a nest there, lay eggs, hug eggs, have children, and gather under its shadow. Eagles, gather there with companions.

Search and read the book of the Lord. None of them are lacking, none are without companions, for my mouth has commanded that his spirit will gather them.

He also cast lots for them, and with his own hand he divided the land among them with a standard line. They will inherit it forever and dwell in it for generations to come.
