Isaiah_Chapter 53

Who believes in what we preach to us? To whom is the arm of the Lord revealed?

He grows before the Lord like a tender bud, like a root out of dry ground. He has no beautiful appearance, and when we see him, there is no beauty that makes us envy him.

He is despised, despised by others, suffers greatly, and often experiences troubles. He was looked down upon as if he had been covered up and not looked at. We also don’t respect him.

He truly bears our worries and bears our pain. But we thought he was punished, beaten and mistreated by God.

Little did he know that he was the victim of our wrongdoing and the oppressor of our sins. We have peace because of his punishment. We need treatment for the whip wound he suffered.

We are all lost like sheep, each one deviating from our own path. The Lord has caused all our sins to fall on him.

He was oppressed but remained silent while suffering. He is oppressed but feels inferior and does not speak. He is like a lamb being led to a place of slaughter, and like a sheep silently under the hands of a shearer, so he does not speak.

He was taken away due to oppression and judgment. As for his contemporaries, who would have thought that he was whipped and cut off from the land of the living for the sins of my people?

Although he did not commit violence, and there was no deceit in his mouth, they buried him with the wicked. Unexpectedly, he was buried with a wealthy man when he died.

But the Lord will surely crush him and cause him pain. The Lord made him a sin offering. He shall offer himself as a sin offering, and he shall see his descendants, and prolong his days, and the things that the Lord delights in shall prosper in his hand.

He will see the benefits of his labor and be satisfied. Many people are called righteous because they know my righteous servant. And he will bear their sins.

So I will divide him equally with the great, and divide the spoil equally with the strong. Because he poured his life to the point of death. He is also listed as a criminal. But he bears the sins of many people and intercedes for the criminals.
