Gospel of Luke_Chapter 11

Jesus prayed in one place. After praying, a disciple said to him, “May the Lord teach us to pray, just as John taught his disciples.”.

Jesus said to them, When you pray, say, Our Father in heaven, there is an ancient scroll that only serves as a father. May all men sanctify your name. May your country come. May your will be done on earth, as you walk in heaven. There are ancient scrolls but no wishes for your will

Our daily diet is bestowed upon us by heaven.

Forgive us our sins, for we also forgive everyone who owes us. Don’t let us encounter temptation. Save us from evil. There are ancient scrolls without final sentences

Jesus also said, Which of you has a friend? Come to him in the middle of the night and say, Friend, lend me three loaves of bread.

Ask for an egg, but give him a scorpion instead?

Jesus drove out a demon named Dumb. The ghost went out, and the mute man spoke up, which surprised everyone.

But some people inside said that he drove out demons by relying on the demon king Beelzebul.

Some people also tempted Jesus and asked him for a miracle from heaven.

He knew their thoughts and said to them, Every kingdom that is divided against itself becomes a desolation. If a family is divided and contested, it will surely fall.

If Satan is divided against himself, how can his kingdom stand? Because you said I relied on Beelzebul to drive out ghosts.

If I drive out demons by Beelzebul, who will your children drive out demons by? In this way, they will determine your right and wrong.

If I drive out demons by the power of God, then the kingdom of God has come to you.

The brave man was dressed neatly, guarding his own residence, and everything he had was safe and sound.

But when someone stronger than him came and overcame him, he took away the armor and weapons he relied on, and divided his spoils.

Those who do not match me are enemies. What I gather differently is dispersed.

The evil spirit has left the human body and is in a land without water, coming and going, seeking a place of rest. Since I couldn’t find it, he said, I want to go back to the house where I came out.

Just as Jonah has become a miracle for the people of Nineveh, so the Son of Man will also become a miracle for this generation.

At the time of judgment, the Queen of the South shall rise up and condemn this generation. Because she came from the ends of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon. Look, there is a person here who is bigger than Solomon.

No one lights a lamp and puts it in the cellar or under the bucket, it is always placed on the lamp stand to show the light to those who come in.

Your eyes are the lamps on your body. If your eyes are bright, your whole body will be bright. If the eyes are dim, the whole body will be dark.

So you need to be careful, I’m afraid the light inside you may be dark.

If your whole body is bright and without darkness, then it will be completely bright, like the light of a lamp illuminating you.

While speaking, a Pharisee invited Jesus to eat with him. Jesus went in and sat at the table.

The Pharisee was surprised to see Jesus not washing his hands before dinner.

The Lord said to him, “Now, you Pharisees, wash the outside of the cup and the plate.”. But inside you are full of extortion and evil.

O ignorant person, do not those who make the outside also make the inside?

Just give the alms inside to others, and everything will be clean to you.

Woe to you Pharisees. Because you have offered a tenth of mint and all kinds of vegetables, but the act of righteousness and love for God is not enough. This is what you should do, and that is also something that cannot be done.

Woe to you Pharisees. Because you love the first person in the synagogue, and you also like someone to greet you in the market.

You are in trouble. Because you are like undisclosed graves, those who walk on them do not know.

One of the lawyers answered Jesus, saying, Master, by saying so, you have also wasted us.

Jesus said, Woe to you, even the lawyers. Because you place difficult burdens on people, yet you refuse to move even one finger.

You are in trouble. Because you built the tombs of prophets, and it was your ancestors who killed them.

It is evident that your ancestors have done things that you have proven and enjoyed. Because they killed the prophet, and you built the prophet’s tomb.

So God said with wisdom, ‘I will send prophets and apostles to them, who are wise or wise.’. Some they want to kill, some they want to force.

So that the sins of all the prophetic blood shed since the creation of the world shall be upon the people of this generation.

From the blood of Abel until the blood of Zechariah, who was killed between the altar and the temple. I tell you the truth, this will be asked of this generation.

Woe to you lawyers. Because you have taken away the key to knowledge. If you don’t go in yourself, you also block those who are about to go in.

Jesus came out from there, and the scribes and Pharisees urged him with all their might, causing him to speak more.
