King Nebuchadnezzar spoke to all the people living in the land, all the nations, and all the tribes, saying, May you have great peace.

I am willing to proclaim the miracles and wonders that the Most High God has done to me.

His miracle is so great. His wonders are so great. His country is eternal. His authority endures for generations.

I, Nebuchadnezzar, reside peacefully in the palace and remain in the palace.

I had a dream that made me afraid. My longing in bed and the visions in my mind make me panic.

So I have decreed to summon all the wise men of Babylon to me, that they may tell me the interpretation of their dreams.

So the sorcerers, those who used magic, the Chaldeans, and those who observed signs all came in. I told them the dream, but they could not tell me the interpretation of the dream.

In the end, Daniel, who was named Belteshazzar after the name of my God, came to me, and in him was the spirit of the Holy God. I told him a dream, saying,

Belteshazasah, the leader of the sorcerers, because I know that there is the spirit of the Holy God in you, no secret can cause you trouble. Now you need to tell me about the visions and explanations I saw in my dreams.

The vision in my mind while in bed is like this: I see a tree in the middle of the ground, extremely tall.

The tree is growing longer and stronger, towering to the sky and visible from the ends of the earth,

The leaves are beautiful and there are many fruits, which can be used as food for all living beings. The beasts of the fields lie in the shade, and the birds of the sky perch on the branches. Anyone with blood will get food from this tree.

In my mind’s vision on the bed, I saw a watchful saint descending from the sky.

Call out loudly, knock down this tree. Cut off the branches. Shake off the leaves. Scatter the fruit. Make the beasts leave the tree, and the birds avoid the branches.

But the tree stump shall remain in the ground, bound with iron and copper rings, and let the dew drip in the green grass of the field, so that it may eat grass with the beasts of the earth,

Changing his heart is not as good as his heart. Give him a beastly heart, so that he can go through seven seasons. The same goes for this chapter.

This is the commandment of the Watcher, and the commandment of the Holy One, that the world may know that the Most High is in power in the kingdom of men, and that he shall give the kingdom to whoever it is given, or that he may appoint the most lowly to rule the kingdom.

This is a dream that I, King Nebuchadnezzar, had. Belteshazah, explain the interpretation of this dream. For none of the wise men in my country can tell me the interpretation of dreams, but only you can, because in you there is the spirit of the Holy God.

So Daniel, who was called Bethishazzar, was surprised for a moment and his heart was filled with fear. The king said, O Belteshazzar, do not be troubled by dreams and their interpretations. Belteshazzar answered, “My lord, may this dream be for those who hate you, and the interpretation be for your enemies.”.

The tree you see is growing longer and stronger, reaching up to the sky and visible from the ends of the earth.

The leaves are beautiful and there are many fruits, which can be used as food for all living beings. The beasts of the field live beneath it. The birds of the sky perch on the branches.

King, this growing and sturdy tree is you. Your power gradually grows to the heavens, and your authority extends to the ends of the earth.

The king saw a watchful saint descending from the sky, saying, ‘Cut down and destroy this tree, but leave the tree stump in the ground and tie it with iron and copper rings.’. In the green grass of the field, let the dew drip wet, and let him eat grass with the beasts of the earth until seven seasons have passed.

O king, this is the explanation: the things that come to my lord the king come from the command of the Most High.

You will be driven out of the world and dwell with the beasts of the wilderness, eating grass like an ox and being soaked by the dew of heaven, and will go through seven seasons. When you know that the Most High holds power in the kingdom of men, give it to whoever you want to give it to.

The Watchman has instructed to keep the tree stumps, and once you know that the heavens are in power, your kingdom will surely belong to you.

O king, please accept my advice, to execute righteousness and cut off sin, to show mercy to the poor and eliminate sin, perhaps your peace may be prolonged.

All this happened to King Nebuchadnezzar.

After twelve months, he marched in the palace of Babylon.

He said, Isn’t this great Babylon that I built with great power and might as the capital, to show the glory of my majesty?

Before the king could finish speaking these words, a voice came down from heaven, saying, O king Nebuchadnezzar, there is a word that says to you, Your kingdom has departed from you.

You will be driven out of the world, living with the beasts of the wilderness, eating grass like an ox, and going through seven seasons. When you know that the Most High holds power in the kingdom of men, give it to whoever you want to give it to.

At that time, these words came true on Nebuchadnezzar, who was driven away from the world, ate grass like an ox, was drenched in dew from the sky, and had long hair like eagle hair. Nails are long, like bird claws.

When the days are fulfilled, I Nebuchadnezzar lifted up my eyes and looked up to heaven. My understanding returned to me, and I praised and honored the Most High, and honored and honored the God who lives forever. His authority is eternal. His country has survived for generations.

All the inhabitants of the world are considered nothingness. He acts according to his own will among the armies in heaven and the inhabitants of the world. No one can stop his hand, or ask him, what are you doing?

At that time, my intelligence returned to me, and the glory, majesty, and glory of my country also returned to me. And my advisors and ministers also came to see me. I will be firmly established on the throne, and the greatest authority will be added to me.

Now I, Nebuchadnezzar, praise, honor, and honor the king of heaven. Because everything he does is honest, and everything he does is fair. He who takes pride in his actions can humble himself.
