The rest of the people, priests, Levites, gatekeepers, singers, Nethinims, and all those who have separated themselves from their neighbors and submitted to the law of God, as well as their wives and children, all who have knowledge and understanding.

We have made it a custom for ourselves to donate one-third of a shekel of silver each year for the use of our temple,

It is for the display bread, the regular grain offering, the burnt offering, the Sabbath, the new moon, the festival offerings, the holy offerings, the sin offering of the Israelites, and all the expenses in our temple.

Our priests, Levites, and people all cast lots to see which tribe brings the sacrificial firewood to our God’s temple at regular intervals every year. Burn it on the altar of the Lord our God, as written in the law.

And it is determined that every year we will bring the first fruits of our land and all the first fruits of our trees into the temple of the Lord.

And as it is written in the law, bring our firstborn sons, and our firstborn cattle and sheep, to the temple of our God, and deliver them to the priests who serve in the temple of our God.

And he shall offer to the priests the flour of the first ripe wheat, the offering of the first ripe fruit of all trees, the new wine and oil, and collect them in the treasury of our temple. He shall offer to the Levites one tenth of the produce of our land, for the Levites shall take one tenth of all the produce of our cities.

When the Levites take a tenth, one priest from Aaron’s descendants shall be with the Levites. The Levites should also take a tenth of the tenth and bring it to the house of our temple, and keep it in the treasury.

The Israelites and Levites are to offer grain, new wine, and oil as an offering to the house where the holy vessels are stored, where the priests, gatekeepers, and singers reside. In this way, we will not abandon the temple of our God.
