Joshua_Chapter 19
The second lot was cast for the tribe of Simeon according to their families. The inheritance they obtained was among the inheritance of the Jews.
The land they acquired as their inheritance is Beersheba and Morada,
Hashashua, Barak, and Ethan,
Elidorah, Bitul, Hormah,
Zeklah, Bermagabo, Hashasusah,
Belibawu and Shalukia have a total of thirteen cities and villages belonging to them.
And there were four cities, Ain, Lemon, Ither, and Ashan, with their villages.
And all the villages surrounding these cities, as far as Barabir, which is Ramah in the south. This is the inheritance of the tribe of Simeon according to their families.
The land of Simeon was obtained from the land of Judah. Because the Jews were divided too much, the Simeon people obtained their inheritance in their land.
The third lot was cast for the people of Zebulun according to their families. The realm of their land is to Sari.
Go westward to Maralah, reach Basher, and then reach the river before Jonam.
Then turn eastward from Sarith towards the sunrise, and reach the border of Gillottabor, and then reach Dabilah, and ascend to Japhia.
From there to the east, it extends to Gath Hepher, to Et Kazin, to Rimmon, and extends to Nia.
Then it bypasses the north side of Nia, turns to Hanaton, and leads to the valley of Ephthail.
And there were twelve cities, including Katah, Nahara, Shimron, Idalah, and Bethlehem, with their villages.
These cities and their villages are the inheritance of the Zebulun people according to their families.
For the people of Issachar, according to their families, the fourth lot was cast.
Their realm is as far as Jezreel, Giselod, and Shunam,
Haphran, Shihon, Anahara,
Rabbi, Kishan, Abel,
Lemel, Enganning, Enhada, and Berpazer.
And it reached Tabor, Shahazimah, and Bethshemesh, and continued until the Jordan River, with a total of sixteen cities and their villages.
These cities and their villages are the inheritance of the tribe of Issachar according to their families.
For the tribe of Asher, the fifth lot shall be cast according to their families.
Their realm is Black Armor, Harry, Bitian, and Ashach,
Aramelech, Amot, Mishal. Go west to Carmel and then to Hihorina,
Turn to the land of sunrise, reach Beth Dagon, reach Sibulun, go north to the valley of Ephthael, and reach Beth Emoth and Niel, and also reach the left side of Gabriel.
And to Yibelun, Rehob, Hamon, and Kanah, as far as the great city of Sidon.
Turn to Rama and the fortified city of Tyre. Then it turned to Hosa, near the area of Agziz, and went straight to the sea.
There were also Umah, Aph, and Rehab, a total of twenty-two cities and their villages.
These cities and their villages are the inheritance of the Asher tribe according to their families.
The sixth lot was cast for the Naphtali people according to their families.
Their territory extends from the oak trees of Sanaim, from Aminekith and Jabiniel, all the way to Rakum, and all the way to the Jordan River.
Turning west to Aznathabor, from there it leads to Hukut, south to Zebulun, west to Asher, and towards the sunrise, it reaches Judah by the Jordan River.
The fortified cities are Siding, Zeel, Hamoth, Lacar, and Kinnereth,
Adama, Ramah, Hazor,
Kedesh, Edrei, Enhazor,
Eleven, Midaiel, Helian, Beth Anath, and Beth Shemesh were nineteen cities with their villages.
These cities and their villages are the inheritance of the tribe of Naphtali according to their families.
For the tribe of Dan, according to their families, the seventh lot was cast.
The boundaries of their land are Zorah, Ishtaol, and Irshemesh,
Sharabin, Yajalon, Itila,
Elon, Tinnath, Ekron,
Elitiki, Kebiton, Bara,
Ihud, Binibilah, Gatrim,
Meiyekun, Lacun, and the border across from Joppa.
But human territory crosses the original territory. Because the Dan people went up to attack Lishan and killed the people in the city with the sword. They captured the city and lived in it, renaming Lishan to Dan after their ancestor Dan.
These cities and their villages are the inheritance of the Dan tribe according to their families.
After the Israelites finished dividing the land according to their borders, they gave it to Joshua, the son of Nun, as an inheritance among them,
As the Lord commanded, he gave Joshua the city he had asked for, which was the city of Timnath Selah in the hill country of Ephraim. He built the city and lived in it.
This is the inheritance that Eleazar the priest and Joshua the son of Nun, as well as the heads of the tribes of Israel, cast lots at the entrance of the Tent of Meeting in Shiloh before the Lord. In this way, they finished dividing the land.
