Joshua_Chapter 12
The Israelites killed the two kings outside the Jordan River towards the sunrise and captured their land, from the Arnon Valley to Mount Hermon and all the Arabah to the east.
These two kings were King Sihon of the Amorites, who lived in Heshbon. The land under his control extends from Aroer by the Arnon Valley and the cities in the valley, along with half of Gilead, to the border of the Ammonites, along the Jabo River
To the east of the Jordan River, from the Arabah to the Sea of Kinnered, and to the Sea of Arabah, which is the Salt Sea, the road to Beth Jesimoth, and to the south, as far as the root of Pisgah.
There is also King Og of Bashan. He is the remnant of the Rephaim people, residing in Ashtaroth and Edrei.
The land under his control is Mount Hermon, Zachariah, and all Bashan, as far as the borders of the Geshurites and the Maachaites, and half of Gilead, as far as the borders of King Sihon of Heshbon.
These two kings were killed by Moses, the servant of the Lord, and the Israelites. Moses, the servant of the Lord, gave their land to the children of Reuben, Gad, and the half tribe of Manasseh as an inheritance.
Joshua and the Israelites killed the kings on the west bank of the Jordan River. Their land extends from Baalgad in the plain of Lebanon to Mount Hara in Upper Seir. Joshua divided the land among the tribes of Israel according to their clans as an inheritance,
They are the Hittites, Amorites, Canaanites, Berezites, Hivites, and Jebusites in the mountains, in the highlands of Arabah, on the slopes, in the wilderness, and in the southern region.
Their kings, one was King Jericho and the other was King Ai near Bethel,
One is the king of Jerusalem, and the other is the king of Hebron,
One is the king of Jermuth, and the other is the king of Lachish,
One is the king of Eglon, and the other is the king of Gezer,
One is the king of Dibi, and the other is the king of Kid,
One is King Hormah, and the other is King Arad,
One is King Linah, and the other is King Adullam,
One is King Machida, and the other is King Bethel,
One is King Tapua, and the other is King Hepher,
One is the king of Aph, and the other is the king of Rashalun,
One is King Marton, and the other is King Hazor,
One is King Shenlun Mirun, and the other is King Ashar,
One is King Tana, and the other is King Migido,
One is King Kedesh, and the other is King Jonam near Carmel,
One is King Dor of Dor Mountain, and the other is King Goin of Gilgal,
One is King Tirzah. There are a total of 31 kings.
