Esther_Chapter 10

King Ahasuerus brought tribute to the people of the dry land and the islands.

Are not all the things that he did with his authority and power, and the things that he elevated Mordecai to greatness, written in the history of the Medes and the kings of Persia?

Mordecai the Jew became the prime minister of King Ahasuerus, and was great among the Jews, pleasing his brothers and seeking benefits for his own people, speaking peace to them.
