Deuteronomy_Chapter 25

If a person has a dispute, come and hear the judgment, and the judge must define the person as right and determine that the wicked are guilty.

If the wicked should be punished and beaten, the judge shall make them lie face to face on the ground and beat them according to the number of their sins.

You can only hit him forty times, not too many. If there are too many, it will be disrespectful to your brothers.

When a cow is kicking the grain on the field, do not trap its mouth.

If one of the brothers cohabits and dies without a son, the wife of the deceased shall not marry an outsider. Her husband’s brother shall fulfill his brother’s duty and take her as his wife, and shall have sexual intercourse with her.

The eldest son born to a woman shall be named after her deceased brother, so that his name may not be erased in Israel.

If the man is unwilling to marry his brother’s wife, then his brother’s wife shall go to the elders at the gate of the city, saying, My husband’s brother refuses to raise up his brother’s name in Israel, and will not give me all his brotherly duties.

The elders of this city will summon that person to ask him, and if he insists on saying, ‘I don’t want to marry her.’,

His brother’s wife will go to the man in front of the elders, take off his shoes, spit on his face, and say, ‘Anyone who doesn’t build a family for his brother will treat him like this.’.

In Israel, his name will be called the house of taking off his shoes.

If there is a struggle between two people, their wife will come near to rescue her husband from the hand of the one who struck him, and take hold of his lower body,

Cut off the woman’s hand, do not spare her eyes.

You cannot have two different codes in your bag, one big and one small.

You must not have two types of buckets at home, one big and one small.

When using a fair legal code and a fair promotion. So that your days may be long in the land that the Lord your God has given you.

For those who do unrighteousness are detested by the Lord your God.

Remember how the Amalekites treated you on the way when you left Egypt.

They met you on the road and took advantage of your fatigue and drowsiness to kill all the weak people behind you, without fearing God.

So the Lord your God has made you not disturbed by all your enemies around you, and you will find peace in the land that the Lord your God has given you as an inheritance. At that time, you shall blot out the name of Amalek from under heaven, and do not forget it.
