Book of Ezekiel_Chapter 5

Son of man, take a sharp knife and use it as a razor to shave your hair and beard, and use a balance to divide your hair equally.

The days of besieging the city have come to an end. You shall burn one-third of it with fire in the city, chop one-third of it to pieces with a sword around it, and scatter one-third with the wind. I also want to draw my sword and chase after you.

Thus says the Lord GOD, This is Jerusalem. I once placed her among the nations. The nations are all around her.

She has done evil and violated my laws, surpassing the nations. Violating my laws is more than the nations around me, because she has abandoned my laws. As for my laws, she did not follow them.

Therefore thus says the Lord GOD, Because your disputes are greater than the nations around you, and you have not followed my laws, not kept my judgments, and are not satisfied with following the evil rules of the nations around you,

Therefore thus says the Lord GOD, See, I am against you, and I will execute judgment in the eyes of the nations and among you.

And because of all your detestable things, I will do among you things that I have not done before, and I will no longer do according to them.

Among you, the father will eat the son, and the son will eat the father. I will execute judgment on you, and I will scatter what remains of you in all directions.

I swear by my eternal life, declares the Lord GOD, because you have defiled my sanctuary with all your detestable things and detestable things. Therefore, I will surely reduce the number of you, and my eyes will not spare you or have pity on you.

One third of your people will die from the plague, and they will perish among you due to famine. One third will fall around you by the sword. I will scatter one-third in all directions and draw my sword to pursue them.

I want to achieve what I set in anger like this. My anger towards them has subsided, and I find comfort in myself. When I have fulfilled the judgment of anger on them, they will know that what the Lord has said is out of zeal.

And I will make you desolate and ashamed among the nations around you, in the sight of all those who pass by.

In this way, I will judge you with anger and anger, and with a fierce rebuke. At that time, you will be a shame, ridicule, warning, and terror among the nations around you. This is what the Lord has said.

At that time, I will shoot the wicked arrow that destroys and causes famine on you, the one that destroys and increases your famine, cutting off the food in which you rely.

And I will bring famine and evil beasts to you, causing you to lose your children, and plague and bloodshed will spread among you. I will also bring the sword upon you. This is what the Lord has said.
