圣经Afterwards, I saw four angels standing at the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, so that they would not blow on the earth, on the sea, or on trees.
I saw another angel coming up from the land of sunrise, holding the seal of the living God. He shouted loudly to the four angels who had the power to harm the earth and the sea, saying,
Do not harm the earth, the sea, or the trees, until we print the foreheads of our God’s servants.
I heard that the number of Israelites who received seals from each tribe was fourteen thousand and four thousand.
Among the tribes of Judah, there were twelve thousand who received the seal. There are twelve thousand among the tribe of Reuben. There are twelve thousand in the tribe of Gad.
There are twelve thousand from the Asher tribe. Among the tribe of Naphtali, there were twelve thousand. There are twelve thousand from the tribe of Manasseh.
There are 12000 in the tribe of Simeon. Among the tribe of Levi, there were twelve thousand. Among the tribe of Issachar, there are twelve thousand.
There are twelve thousand in the tribe of Zebulun. Among the tribe of Joseph, there are twelve thousand. Among the tribe of Benjamin, there were twelve thousand who received the seal.
Afterwards, I looked and saw many people, none of whom could be counted. They came from all countries, tribes, and peoples, standing before the throne and the lamb, dressed in white clothes and holding palm branches in their hands.
Shouting loudly, ‘May salvation be to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb.’.
All the angels stood around the throne, the elders, and the four living creatures, prostrating themselves on the ground in front of the throne, worshipping God,
Say, Amen. Praise, glory, wisdom, thanksgiving, honor, authority, and strength all belong to our God forever and ever. Amen.
One of the elders asked me, “Who are these people wearing white clothes?”? Where did it come from?
I said to him, my lord, you know. He said to me, These people came out of great trouble and washed their clothes white with the blood of a lamb.
So they serve God day and night in his temple before his throne. Those who sit on the throne shall cover them with a tent.
They are no longer hungry or thirsty. The sun and heat will not harm them.
For the lamb in the throne will feed them and lead them to the spring of life. God will also wipe away all their tears.
