The land obtained by the tribes according to their names is recorded below, from the north end, from Hitron to the mouth of Hamath, and to Hazaeanan on the border of Damascus. To the north lies the land of Hamath (with east-west borders for each tribe), which is a part of Dan.

Adjacent to the border of Dan, from east to west, it is one part of Asher.

Next to the border of Asher, from east to west, it is one part of Naphtali.

Next to the border of Naphtali, from east to west, Manasseh has one portion.

Next to the border of Manasseh, from east to west, it is one portion of Ephraim.

Next to the border of Ephraim, from east to west, it is one part of Reuben.

Next to the border of Reuben, from east to west, it is one part of Judah.

By the border of Judah, from east to west, there will be an offering of 25000 cubits wide for you. From the eastern boundary to the western boundary, the length and division of the land are the same, and the holy land should be within it.

The land you offer to the Lord shall be 25000 cubits long and 10000 cubits wide.

This holy offering shall belong to the priests, with a length of 25000 cubits to the north, 10000 cubits to the west, 10000 cubits to the east, and 25000 cubits to the south. The holy land of the Lord should be within it.

This land shall belong to the priests who are holy among the descendants of Zadok, who keep my commands. When the Israelites went astray, they did not go astray like the Levites.

This is to be given to them as an offering, the most holy of all the earth. The land is adjacent to the territory of the Levites.

The land obtained by the Levites shall be 25000 cubits long and 10000 cubits wide, equal to the boundaries of the priests, both 25000 cubits long and 10000 cubits wide.

This land cannot be sold or exchanged, and the first fruits must not be given to anyone else, because they are holy to the Lord.

The remaining five thousand cubits of land in front of these 25000 cubits shall be used for civilian purposes, as a place for building cities, houses, and suburbs. The city needs to be in the middle.

The dimensions of the city are as follows: four thousand five hundred cubits to the north, four thousand five hundred cubits to the south, four thousand five hundred cubits to the east, and four thousand five hundred cubits to the west.

The city will have suburbs, 250 cubits north, 250 cubits south, 250 cubits east, and 250 cubits west.

By the margin of the holy offering, the length of the east is ten thousand cubits, and the length of the west is ten thousand cubits, which should be equal to that of the holy offering. The local produce should be used as food for the workers in the city.

All the tribes of Israel who work in the city must cultivate this land.

The holy offering you have made, which will be returned to the city, will be in four directions, 25000 cubits long and 25000 cubits wide.

The consecrated land belongs to the city, and the space on both sides belongs to the king. To the east of the land, 25000 cubits from north to south, 25000 cubits from east to east, 25000 cubits from north to south to west, and 25000 cubits from west to west, all of which are the same as their respective territories, shall belong to the king. The holy site of the consecration and the temple must be within it,

And the land of the Levites, and the extension of the east and west sides of the land returning to the city (which is between the king’s land), which is between the borders of Judah and Benjamin, shall belong to the king.

As for the other tribes, from east to west, it is one part of Benjamin.

Next to the border of Benjamin, from east to west, it is one part of Simeon.

Next to the border of Simeon, from east to west, it is one part of Issachar.

Next to the border of Issachar, from east to west, it is one part of Zebulun.

Next to the border of Zebulun, from east to west, it is Gad’s portion.

The southern boundary of the land of Gad extends from Tamar to the waters of Milibakadesh, to the small river of Egypt, and to the great sea.

This is the land that you will divide by lot among the tribes of Israel as an inheritance, which is the portion that each of their tribes will receive. This is what the Lord Jehovah has said.

Four thousand and five hundred cubits north of the city. The places to leave the city are as follows.

The gates of the city shall be named after the tribes of Israel. There are three gates to the north, one is the Gate of Reuben, one is the Gate of Judah, and the other is the Gate of Levi.

On the east side, four thousand and five hundred cubits, there were three gates: Joseph Gate, Benjamin Gate, and Dan Gate.

To the south, four thousand and five hundred cubits, there are three gates: Simeon Gate, Issachar Gate, and Zebulun Gate.

On the west side, four thousand and five hundred cubits, there were three gates: Gad Gate, Asher Gate, and Naphtali Gate.

The total circumference of the city is 18000 cubits. From now on, the name of this city will be called the place of the Lord.
