主与我们同在

1 Corinthians_Chapter 2

Brothers, when I came to you before, I did not proclaim the mystery of God to you with great words and wisdom.

Because I had made up my mind not to know anything else among you, but only Jesus Christ and his crucifixion.

I am with you, weak, fearful, and trembling greatly.

The words I speak, the way I speak, are not in wise and gentle words, but in the clear evidence of the Holy Spirit and power.

Let your faith not care about human wisdom, but only about the power of God.

However, among complete individuals, we also speak of wisdom. But it is not the wisdom of this world, nor the wisdom of those who have power and are about to perish.

What we are talking about is the wisdom hidden in the past, the mystery of God, which God predetermined for us to be glorified before all ages.

No one in the world who has power or position knows about this wisdom. If they knew, they would not crucify the Lord of Glory.

As it is written, what God has prepared for those who love him is things that the eyes have not seen, the ears have not heard, and the heart has not thought of.

Only God has revealed himself to us through the Holy Spirit. Because the Holy Spirit understands all things, even the profound things of God.

Except for the spirit within a person, who knows about human affairs. Like this, no one knows about God’s affairs except for the Spirit of God.

What we receive is not the spirit of the world, but a spirit from God, that we may know the things that God has bestowed upon us.

And we speak these things not in words taught by human wisdom, but in words taught by the Holy Spirit, explaining spiritual things with spiritual words. (Or to tell spiritual things to spiritual people)

However, those who belong to the bloodline do not understand the things of the divine spirit, and instead think they are foolish. And they cannot know, because only spiritual people can see through these things.

A spiritual person can see through everything, but no one can see through him.

Who knew that the Lord’s heart would teach him? But we have the heart of Christ.
