psalm_Chapter 76
The poetry of Asaph, given to the music director with stringed instruments, is known to the God of Judah. In Israel, his name is great.
His tent is in Salem, and his dwelling is in Zion.
He broke the rocket from his bow there, along with his shield, sword, and weapons of war. (Fine pull)
You come from a mountain of wild food, with glory and beauty.
Those who are brave in their hearts are all snatched away. They slept a long sleep. No hero can handle it.
O God of Jacob, your rebuke has sent charioteers and horsemen to sleep.
Only you are fearsome. When you get angry, who can stand in front of you?
You make people hear and judge from heaven. God rises up to execute judgment, to save all the humble people on earth. At that time, the earth was afraid and silent. (Fine pull)
The wrath of men will fulfill your glory. You must restrain the remaining anger of a person.
Make a vow and fulfill it to the Lord your God. All those around him should bring tribute to the terrible Lord.
He wants to thwart the prince’s arrogance. He shows his fearsome power to the kings on earth.
