1 Timothy_Chapter 6
Anyone who works as a servant under the yoke should receive great respect for their master, so that the name and doctrine of God may not be blasphemed.
A servant who has a faithful master should not underestimate him just because he is a brother. We must serve him even more attentively. For those who receive the benefits of service believe and be loved. You should use this to teach and encourage others.
If anyone preaches paganism and does not obey the pure words of our Lord Jesus Christ, and those that are in line with the doctrine of godliness.
He is arrogant, ignorant, and adept at questioning and debating words, which gives rise to jealousy, division, slander, and suspicion,
And the competition of those who have corrupted their minds and lost their truth. They profit from piety.
However, piety combined with contentment is great gain.
Because we haven’t brought anything into the world, and we can’t bring anything.
As long as you have food and clothing, be content.
But those who want to become rich fall into confusion, into traps, and many ignorant and harmful desires, causing them to sink into corruption and destruction.
Greed for money is the root of all evil. Some people are greedy for money and are lured away from the true way, piercing themselves through with many sorrows.
But you, who belong to God, flee these things and pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, and gentleness.
You must fight that beautiful battle for the true way and hold onto eternal life. You have been called for this and have already given that beautiful testimony before many witnesses.
I charge you before God, who calls all things to life, and before Christ Jesus, who gave a good testimony to Pontius Pilate,
Keep this command without blemish or reproach, until our Lord Jesus Christ appears.
At the appointed time, the King of Kings, the Lord of lords, who can be praised for his unique power,
It is the only one who does not die and resides in the light that cannot be approached by humans, which humans have not seen or cannot see. Let him be revealed. May glory and eternal power belong to him. Amen.
You must instruct those who are wealthy in this world not to be arrogant, nor to rely on uncertain wealth. As long as we rely on the God who generously gives us a hundred things to enjoy.
And I will instruct them to do good, to be prosperous in good deeds, to be willing to give, and to be willing to provide to others
Build a good foundation for oneself, prepare for the future, and let them hold onto the true life.
Timothy, keep what is entrusted to you, avoid worldly empty talk, and the knowledge that is contrary to the truth.
Some people claim to have this knowledge, but they deviate from the true way. May grace always be with you.
