The Lord reigns. He dressed himself in dignity. The Lord clothes himself with power, and girds his waist with power. The world is firm and unshakable.

Your throne has been established since the beginning. You have existed since ancient times.

O Lord, the great waters rise up, the great waters make a sound, and the waves roar.

The Lord has great power on high places, surpassing the sound of the waters and the great waves of the seas.

O Lord, your testimonies are most steadfast. It is appropriate for your temple to be called holy forever.
