psalm_Chapter 84
O Lord of hosts, how lovely is your dwelling place.
I envy and yearn for the courtyard of the Lord. My heart, my body, call out to the living God for joy.
O Lord of hosts, my king, my God, the sparrow has found a house for itself at your altar. The swallow found a nest to hold its chicks for itself.
Blessed are those who live in your temple like this. They still want to praise you. (Fine pull)
Blessed is the person who has the strength to pursue the path of Zion in your heart.
They passed through the Valley of Tears, turning it into a place of spring. And with the blessing of autumn rain, it covers the entire valley.
They walked, strengthening their strength, and each went to Zion to appear before God.
O Lord God of hosts, hear my prayer. O God of Jacob, listen attentively. (Fine pull)
God, you are our shield. Please look down upon the face of your anointed one.
Living in your courtyard for a day is better than living elsewhere for a thousand days. I would rather guard the door in my temple than dwell in the tents of the wicked.
For the Lord God is the sun and shield, to bestow grace and glory. He never left behind any benefits, not giving to those who act honestly.
Blessed are those who trust in you, O Lord of hosts.
