psalm_Chapter 53

The Book of David’s Instructions, to the music director, calling upon Mahalah. The foolish say in their hearts, There is no God. They are all evil and have committed heinous sins. No one does good.

God looks down on the world from heaven to see if there is anyone who understands, and if there is anyone who seeks him.

They all retreated and became filthy together. There is no one who does good. Not even one.

Do evildoers lack knowledge? They devour my people as if they were eating. Do not call upon God.

They are greatly afraid where there is nothing to fear. Because God has scattered the bones of those who camp against you. You have put them to shame, because God has rejected them.

May the salvation of Israel come from Zion. When God saves his captives, Jacob will rejoice and Israel will rejoice.
