I urge you, who are imprisoned in the Lord, that since you have been called, you should act in accordance with the grace of being called.

Humility, gentleness, patience in all things, mutual tolerance with love,

Connect with each other in peace and strive to preserve the unity of the heart bestowed by the Holy Spirit.

There is only one body, and only one Holy Spirit, just as you are called and have one hope,

One Lord, one Faith, one Wash,

One God is the Father of all, above all, through all, and residing within all.

We are all blessed according to the gift that Christ has measured for each of us.

Therefore it is said in the scripture that when he ascended to high heaven, he plundered his enemies and rewarded them with all kinds of gifts.

(Saying to ascend, isn’t it not to descend first to the ground?)?

The one that descends is the one that ascends far above the heavens to fill all things

He bestowed apostles and prophets. There are those who preach the gospel. There are pastors and teachers.

To perfect the saints and fulfill their duties, to establish the body of Christ.

Until we all become one in the true faith, knowing the Son of God, and being able to grow up to be full of the stature of Christ.

Let us no longer be children, deceived by human trickery and deceitful spells, swayed by all the winds of heresy, drifting back and forth, and following all kinds of heresy.

But speak the truth with love, and grow in all things, even in the head of Christ.

Through him, the whole body is connected in perfect harmony, each according to their own duties, helping each other according to the functions of each body, so that the body gradually grows and establishes itself in love.

So I say, and indeed in the Lord, do not walk in vain like the Gentiles.

They have a foolish heart, cut off from the life given by God, all because of their own ignorance, and their hearts are hardened.

Since conscience is exhausted, indulge in selfish desires and indulge in all kinds of filth.

You have learned Christ, but it is not like this.

If you have heard his words, received his teachings, and learned his truth,

We need to remove the old people from your past behavior. This old man gradually deteriorated due to the temptation of his own desires.

We need to change your mindset again.

And put on the newcomer. This new man was created in the image of God, with truth, righteousness, and holiness.

So you must abandon lies and tell the truth to each person and their neighbors. Because we are each other’s limbs.

Be angry but don’t commit a crime. Do not hold your anger until sunset.

Do not leave room for the devil.

What was stolen before, don’t steal again. Always put in effort and do serious things with your own hands, so that you can give the surplus to those who lack it.

Do not utter a single word of filth, but speak good words that cultivate people, for the benefit of those who hear it.

Don’t make the Holy Spirit of God worry. You have received his mark, waiting for the day of redemption to come.

All bitterness, anger, anger, clamor, slander, and all malice, let them be removed from among you.

And treat each other with kindness, with compassion, and forgive one another, just as God forgave you in Christ.
