Brothers, regarding the time and date, there is no need to write to you.

For you yourselves know well that the day of the Lord has come, like a thief at night.

Just as they were speaking of peace and security, disaster suddenly struck them, just as childbirth struck a woman who was pregnant, and they could not escape.

Brothers, but you are not in darkness, so that that day may come to you like a thief.

You are all sons of the light, sons of the day. We are not of the night, nor are we of the darkness.

So let’s not sleep, just like others, we must always be vigilant and vigilant.

Because the person who sleeps is sleeping at night. Drunk people get drunk at night.

But since we belong to the day, we should guard it and use faith and love as protective goggles to cover our chests. Wear the hope of salvation as a helmet.

Because God did not intend for us to suffer, but for us to be saved through our Lord Jesus Christ.

He died for us, so that we could live with him whether we were awake or asleep.

So you should comfort each other and establish one another, just as you have always done.

Brothers, we urge you to respect those who labor among you, who govern and admonish you in the Lord.

And because of their work, show them extra respect with love, and be at peace with one another.

We also advise our brothers to be vigilant against those who do not follow the rules. Encourage discouraged people. Assist the weak. Also, be patient with everyone.

Be careful, no one can repay evil. Whether treating each other or treating others, always pursue goodness.

Always be happy.

Do not destroy the touch of the Holy Spirit.

Do not disdain the teachings of prophets.
