The Book of Colossians_Chapter 4
You masters, treat your servants fairly and peacefully, because you know that you also have a Lord in heaven.
Always pray, and be vigilant and grateful here.
Also pray for us, asking God to open the door for us to preach, so that we may speak the mysteries of Christ (for which I am bound).
Tell me to invent this mystery according to what I should say.
You should cherish time and use wisdom to interact with outsiders.
Your words should always be harmonious, as if mixed with salt, so that you can know how to answer everyone.
My dear brother Tychicus will tell you all my things. He is a loyal deacon and a servant who governs alongside me.
I have sent him specifically to you, so that you may know our situation and let him comfort your hearts.
I sent another dear and loyal brother, Anisimu, with me. He is also from your place. They want to tell you everything here.
Aristarchus, who is in prison with me, greets you. Barnabas’ cousin Marco also greets you. (Speaking of Mark, you have received orders. If he comes to you, receive him.)
Jesus, also known as Justus, greets you. Among those who underwent circumcision, only these three were working with me for the kingdom of God. It’s also a comfort in my heart.
Epapher, a servant of Christ Jesus, who is with you, greets you. He always prays for you with all his might, praying that you may be perfect in all the will of God. Full of confidence, able to stand steadily.
He worked tirelessly for you, Laodicea, and the brothers of Hilarioth. This is something I can testify to him.
Dear doctor Luke, and Demas greet you.
May I greet the brothers of Laodicea, Ningfa, and the church in his house.
After reading this letter, you will hand it over to the church in Laodicea to read as well. You also need to read the letters from Laodi Jia.
Say to Achib, Be careful and fulfill the duties that you have received from the Lord.
I, Paul, personally greet you. You must remember my lock. May grace always be with you.
