psalm_Chapter 63
David wrote this poem while he was in the wilderness of Judah. O God, you are my God, and I will earnestly seek you. In the land of drought, fatigue, and water, I long for you, and my heart longs for you.
I once looked up to you in the sanctuary to see your power and your glory.
Because your love is better than life, my lips will praise you.
When I am still alive, I will praise you like this. I will raise my hand in your name.
I remember you in bed, think of you at night shift, my heart is like being filled with bone marrow fat. I will also praise you with joyful lips.
Because you have helped me, I cheer under the shade of your wings.
My heart follows you closely. Your right hand supports me.
But those who seek to destroy my life will go underground.
They will be killed by the sword and eaten by wild dogs.
But the king will rejoice in God. Anyone who swears by him will surely boast. Because the mouth of a liar will be shut.
