psalm_Chapter 35
O Lord, those who contend with me, contend with them. Those who fight against me, please fight against them.
Take a shield of different sizes and get up to help me.
Draw out the gun and block the one chasing me. Please tell my soul that I am the one who saves you.
May those who seek my life be ashamed and humiliated. May those who plotted against me retreat and be ashamed.
May they be like chaff before the wind, driven away by the angel of the Lord.
May their path be dark and slippery, with the angel of the Lord chasing after them.
Because they secretly set up a net for me without reason. Digging a pit for no reason is killing me.
May disaster suddenly come upon him. May his hidden net entangle him. May he fall into it and suffer calamity.
My heart will rejoice in the Lord, and rejoice in his salvation.
My bones will say, O Lord, who can rescue the poor like you, from those who are stronger than him, from the poor and needy, from those who plunder him.
Evil witnesses rise up and question what I do not know.
They repay me evil for good, making my soul lonely.
As for me, when they are sick, I wear linen clothes, fast and work hard on my own heart. All I ask for comes into my own arms.
I act like this, as if he is my friend, my brother. I bow down in sorrow, just like a person mourning for their mother.
I am in trouble, but they rejoice and gather together. Those vulgar people I don’t know are gathering to attack me. They kept tearing me apart.
They are like playful arrogant people at the banquet, gritting their teeth at me.
Lord, you seem indifferent. How long will it take? Please save my soul from their harm, save my life from the young lion. (The original text of life is unique)
I will give thanks to you in the assembly, and praise you among the people.
Please do not let those who are unjustly enmity of me boast against me. Don’t let those who hate me for no reason squint at me.
Because they don’t speak peace words. But come up with deceitful words to harm the quiet people on the earth.
They opened their mouths wide and attacked me, saying, Aha, Aha, our eyes have already seen.
O Lord, you have seen it. Please don’t shut up. Lord, please do not stay far from me.
Awake up, my God, my Lord, and judge my affairs, and vindicate my cause.
Lord my God, judge me according to your righteousness, and do not let them boast about me.
Do not let them say in their hearts, Aha, that’s our wish. Let them not say, we have already swallowed him.
May those who enjoy my hardships feel ashamed and ashamed together. May those who are arrogant towards me be ashamed and humiliated.
May those who rejoice in the justice of my injustice cheer and be happy. May they always say, ‘Let the Lord be greatly honored.’. The Lord rejoices in the peace of his servants.
My tongue will speak of your righteousness all day long and praise you constantly.
