psalm_Chapter 27
The Lord is my light and my salvation. Who else am I afraid of? The Lord is the fortress of my life, and who am I afraid of?
Those who do evil are my enemies. When they come to eat my flesh, they stumble and fall.
Although there are soldiers camping and attacking me, my heart is not afraid. Although swords rise up against me, I will still be at ease.
There is one thing that I have prayed to the Lord, but I will still seek. It is to dwell in the temple of the Lord for a lifetime, to admire his glory, and to inquire in his temple.
Because I am in trouble, he will secretly guard me. In his pavilion, hide me in the secret of his tent, and lift me up on a rock.
Now I can hold my head high, surpassing my enemies on all sides. I will joyfully offer sacrifices in his tent. I will sing poetry and praise the Lord.
O Lord, when I cry with my voice, hear me. And please have mercy on me and agree to me.
You said, seek my face. At that time, my heart said to you, O Lord, I will seek your face.
Don’t hide your face from me, don’t be angry and drive away your servant. You have always helped me. O God of my salvation, do not abandon me or abandon me.
My parents have abandoned me, and the Lord will take me in.
Teach me your way, O Lord, and guide me on a smooth path because of my enemies.
Do not hand me over to the enemy as they wish, for those who bear false witness and those who speak ill will rise up against me.
If I do not believe that I will see the grace of the Lord in the land of the living, then I will have already lost my courage
Wait for the Lord. Be brave and strengthen your heart. I say again, wait for the Lord.
