job _Chapter 35
Elihu also said,
Do you think it’s right, or do you think your righteousness is better than God’s righteousness,
Only then did he say what benefits it had for me. What are the benefits of not committing a crime compared to committing a crime?
I want to answer you and your friends here.
You must look up to heaven and see the sky above you.
What harm can God suffer if you sin? What harm can God suffer from the increase of your sins?
If you are righteous, what else can you add to him? What else does he accept from you?
Your wrongdoing may harm people like you. Your righteousness may bring benefits to the world.
People cry out because they are oppressed, and seek help because they are under the control of the capable.
But no one said, Where is the God who made me? He makes people sing at night.
Teach us better than the beasts of the earth, and make us wiser than the birds of the air.
There they cry out for the pride of the wicked, but no one answers.
God will not listen to vain cries. The Almighty will not be favored.
Besides, you said you couldn’t see him. Your case is in front of him, please wait for him.
But now, because he has never been angry and punished, and has not paid much attention to arrogance,
So Job opened his mouth to speak vain words and spoke many ignorant words.
