Zechariah_Chapter 4

The angel who spoke to me came to wake me up again, as if a person was awakened from sleep.

He asked me what you saw. I said, I saw a pure gold lampstand with a lamp on top, seven lamps on the lampstand, each with seven tubes.

There are two olive trees next to it, one on the right side of the lamp and the other on the left side of the lamp.

I asked the angel who was speaking to me, “Lord, what does this mean?”.

The angel who spoke to me answered, “Don’t you know what this means?”? I said, Lord, I don’t know.

He said to me, This is what the Lord has instructed Zerubbabel. The Lord of hosts has said, It is not through power or talent, but through my spirit that things can be accomplished.

Da Shan, what are you? Before Zerubbabel, you will become a flat ground. He will take out a stone and place it on the top of the temple. Let the people shout loudly, saying, Grace and favor be upon this temple.

The word of the Lord came to me again, saying,

The hands of Zerubbabel laid the foundation of this temple. His hands will also complete this job. You will know that the Lord of hosts has sent me to you.

Who disdains the small things of this day? These seven eyes are the eyes of the Lord, who have searched the whole earth and rejoiced when they saw Zerubbabel holding a plummet in his hand.

I asked the angel again, “What do the two olive trees on the left and right sides of this lampstand mean?”.

I asked him again what these two olive branches mean, next to the two golden mouths that flow golden oil.

He said to me, don’t you know what this means? I said, Lord, I don’t know.

He said, “These are two anointed ones standing next to the Lord of all heavens.”.
