The wicked may flee without anyone pursuing them, but the righteous are as brave as a lion…

The wicked may flee without anyone pursuing them, but the righteous are as brave as a lion.

Because of the sins of a nation, many kings are replaced. For those who possess wisdom and knowledge, the kingdom will endure.

The poor oppress the poor like a rainstorm that washes away food.

Those who break the law praise the wicked. Those who abide by the law contend with the wicked.

Bad people do not understand justice. Only those who seek the Lord understand.

A poor person with pure behavior is better than a wealthy person with eccentric behavior.

He who abides by the law is the son of wisdom. Those who accompany gluttonous people humiliate their fathers.

A man who increases wealth with great profit accumulates it for those who pity the poor.

The prayer of those who turn their ears and do not listen to the law is detestable.

He who tempts the upright to do evil will fall into his own pit. Only a perfect person will bear blessings.

Rich people think they have wisdom. But smart poor people can investigate him thoroughly.

A righteous person’s aspiration brings great glory. When the wicked arise, they hide.

Those who conceal their sins will not prosper. Those who acknowledge their sins of abandonment will receive mercy.

Those who always hold reverence are blessed. Those who have a firm heart will fall into trouble.

The tyrannical king ruled over the poor. It’s like a roaring lion, a foraging bear.

The ignorant ruler is often cruel. Those who detest greed for money will grow old for a long time.

Those who bear the sin of shedding blood shall run into the pit, and no one shall hinder them.

Those who walk upright will be saved. Those who act crookedly will fall immediately.

Those who cultivate their own fields must have plenty to eat. Follow the vain and suffer from poverty.

Honest people will be blessed, and those who want to get rich quickly will not be exempt from punishment.

Judging from people’s emotions is not good. It is not good for a person to break the law because of a piece of cake.

A person has evil eyes that want to quickly become rich, but they do not know that poverty will come upon them.

Those who blame others later gain more joy than those who flatter them with their tongues.

Those who steal from their parents say that this is not a crime. This person is of the same kind as a robber.

Greedy in the heart, stirring up disputes. Those who trust in the Lord will find abundance.

What is in one’s heart is a fool. Those who act with wisdom will be saved.

Those who are poor will not be lacking. Those who pretend to be invisible will be cursed many times.

When evil arises, people hide. The wicked perish, but the righteous increase.
