The revelation of Nineveh is the revelation obtained by Nahon the Elgoth.

The Lord is a God who rewards evil. The Lord avenged with great wrath. To avenge his enemies, to harbor anger against his enemies.

The Lord is not easily angered and has great power, and will not hold sinners innocent. He came riding the whirlwind and storm, and the clouds were the dust under his feet.

He rebuked the sea, causing it to dry up and all rivers to dry up. The forests of Bashan and Carmel have withered, and the flowers and plants of Lebanon have also withered.

The mountains tremble because of him, and even the small mountains digest. The earth protruded before him, and so did the world and those who lived in it.

He is angry, who can stand it? Who can afford his fierce anger? His anger is poured down like fire, and the rock is shattered because of him.

The Lord is good, a fortress in times of trouble. And recognize those who have defected to him.

But he will flood Nineveh with overflowing waters and drive his enemies into darkness.

O people of Nineveh, what plan is there to attack the Lord? He will destroy you completely. Disasters are no longer on the rise.

You are like tangled thorns, like drunken people, and like withered straw that is completely consumed.

Someone has come out from you, plotting evil and devising a wicked plan against the Lord.

Thus says the Lord, Although Nineveh is strong and numerous, he has been cut off and returned to nothing. Judah, although I have caused you suffering, I will no longer cause you suffering.

Now I will break his yoke from your neck and twist his ropes.

The Lord has issued a decree regarding Nineveh, saying, No one under your name will be left behind. I will destroy the carved idols and the cast idols from the temple of your God. I will bring you back to the grave because of your contempt.

See, the feet of those who bring good news and peace ascend to the mountain, saying, Judah, keep your feasts and fulfill your vows. Because that wicked man no longer passes through you. He is completely extinct.
