This cloud was guided by his guidance to march and rotate, allowing it to do all his commands on the entire ground,

Either for punishment, or to nourish the earth, or to show mercy.

Job, listen attentively, stand up and contemplate the miraculous and wonderful works.

Do you know how God commands these things and how he makes the lightning in the clouds shine?

Do you know how clouds float in the air, the wonderful deeds of those who possess knowledge?

The south wind makes the earth quiet, and your clothes are as hot as fire, do you know?
