Those who walk upright fear the Lord. He who behaves awkwardly despises him.

Pride among the foolish is like a staff beating oneself. The mouth of a wise man will keep himself safe.

There are no cows at home, and the troughs are clean. The increase in local produce relies on the strength of cattle.

An honest witness who does not lie. Fake witness, spitting out lies.

A mocker seeks wisdom, but cannot find it. Smart people easily acquire knowledge.

In front of the foolish, there is no knowledge in his mouth.

The wisdom of a wise person lies in understanding their own way. The foolishness of a foolish person is deceit. (Or self deception)

A foolish person commits a crime and thinks it’s a joke. The upright rejoice in each other.

All diligence brings benefits. Talking too much leads to poverty.

The wealth of the wise is their crown. The foolishness of a foolish person is ultimately foolishness.

A true witness saves lives. Those who speak lies commit deceit.

Those who fear the Lord have great trust. His children also have shelters.

The fear of the Lord is the spring of life, which can lead one away from the net of death.

The glory of emperors depends on the number of people. The decline of a king depends on the scarcity of the people.

He who is not easily angered is very clever. A person with a hot temper shows great foolishness.

Quietness in the heart is the life of the body. Jealousy is decay in the bones.

Those who oppress the poor are those who insult their creator. Those who pity the poor are those who respect the Lord

The wicked will be pushed down in their evil deeds. A righteous person is on the brink of death, seeking refuge.

Wisdom exists in the hearts of wise people. What is in the hearts of fools is evident.

Justice elevates the nation. Evil is a shame to the people.

Wise courtiers, blessed by the king’s grace. A servant who causes shame is angered by him.
